To carry out major refurbishment of St Mary's Church and St Mary's Cottages paying particular attention to detail to maintain the integrity of the original fabric of the building.Complete refurbishment of the existing flats.
Complete overhaul of external area's, complete re-roofing using new and salvaged peg tile. Repointing of chimney breasts and overhaul in cedar shingles to bellcote with gold leaf to wind-vane

St Peters Church-New meeting room, Hyling Island

Project Brief
this one off Architectural Building Design which was commissioned as part of the millennium Celebrations. The standard of build and uniqueness was eventually recognised and then awarded the prestigious RIBA Conservation Award South for 2002
